Shophouse to Modern Office

Adaptive Heritage, in collaboration with Tart Architects known for his knowledge in restorative works, completed as a shophouse turn modern office. A contemporary workspace infilled within one of Singapore's distinctive typology shophouses. The project juxtaposes heritage fabric with adaptive spatial planning, creating zones for hot-desking, meetings, and seminars. Light filters through restored timber and glass, preserving the building’s tactile memory while reframing it as a vibrant space for modern collaboration.
